Jason's run for alzheimer's

It is so heartbreaking to watch someone you love suffer through Alzheimers and dementia. Forgetting their loved ones, where they are, their past, their life story; this was my grandmother. At the time, all I could do was sit with her, be there, try to make her smile, watching how it affected her.

On October 24th, I will be participating in a 10km, 25 obstacle Spartan Run to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada in honour of my grandmother. My hope that with everyone’s donation we can get one step closer to help the ones still in need.
