Hi everyone, my name is Jason Followell. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma and an orbital meningioma on the left side of my face. For months, I balanced work and radiation treatments, and I’m so grateful for the support my online esports community provided, helping me reach surgery. About four months ago, the pain forced me to stop working. This past Friday, I had surgery, and I’ve now learned I’ll need three months of recovery to regain full functionality. My goal is to get back to work as soon as I’m healed.
