Jason’s Final Wish: A Proper Goodbye

Hello everyone, I’m Kristi and am trying to raise funds for Jason’s funeral and cremation. On May 15th, 2024, Jason suffered over 100 strokes, leaving him with brain damage. In July, he was diagnosed with end stage cirrhosis. Then on December 2nd (my birthday), he was put on hospice care.

A couple of nights ago, Cher and I had a difficult talk with Jason about his final arrangements. He said he wants a traditional funeral with cremation. We went to Companion and got the pricing since they’re the cheapest. Jason has three to four months left, and I know when he goes, I’m going to be a hot mess; he’s the love of my life and my best friend.

I would like to get ahead of it by preplanning his funeral. We work seven days a week just to pay the bills here since Jason’s Social Security still hasn’t been approved, and we cannot afford to give him the proper funeral he wants and deserves. As of right now, we need help with his funeral expenses. Please help us give Jason a proper burial, and if you can’t, please share.
