Hi my name is Kadence. I am starting this go fund me for my father Jason Hintz and our family. He is currently battling stage 4 small cell lung cancer that has spread to his liver and brain. He is a veteran that trained in Camp Lejeune. Our family is in need of help paying for his cancer treatment, bills and keeping food in our bellies. He is unable to continue working as a truck driver to support us due to his aggressive cancer treatment. My mother, Jason’s wife of 22 years, Desirae Hintz is working as many hours as she can to pick up for his loss of income, we would love if she could be spending more time with him and our family where she is needed.
