Jason’s Battle Against Stage 4 Cancer
Donation protected
In January of 2023, our family received news that turned our world upside down. Our son/brother/husband/father/friend, Jason, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He was 34 years old when he received this diagnosis with an amazing wife (Amanda, who has been a rock throughout this process) and two beautiful children (aged 4 and 1). The cancer started in his esophagus and has spread throughout his body (liver, chest, lymph nodes, spine and lungs).
All those who know Jason know that he is a fighter and he is not backing down from this one. Treatments have been taxing but so far his body is reacting well. Since receiving the first few rounds of chemo, Jason has been able to enjoy time with friends, time on the golf course and cherished memories with his children.
Both he and Amanda have not been able to work during these bi-weekly treatments. With the current inflation, cost of living and financial strain from the COVID19 Lockdown on the two businesses they own, there has been some financial stress. Your donations will go to medical expenses, prescriptions, transportation costs, naturopathic treatments and basic upkeep for their home. If there are any additional funds, the family would like to knock off a few bucket list items.
Our goal is to raise funds to help alleviate the financial stress so that he can focus on his fight. No donation is too small and all support is appreciated, including sharing this link on social media or sending positive thoughts/prayers as he continues on the long road ahead.
Jason is loved by all of his family and on behalf of all of us, we cannot express our gratitude and sincerely thank you.
