Jason's Back Surgery Bills
Donation protected
As many of you know, Jason underwent major back surgery on July 28th of this year. His road to recovery has been a long and hard one. He's been an EMT for 12 years and has helped countless people during that time. Unfortunately, his back paid the consequence of all his efforts and has been problematic for the past several years, taking a major downturn in February this year. After trying various methods for years to fix the problem of his 2 slipped disks (acupuncture, PT, chiropractic work, etc) he decided surgery would be his best, most effective resort. His surgery was a success, but his story is not over. Jason is still recovering and starting PT this month. His bills have been piling up since February and more since May of this year when he was unable to work at all due to constant back pain. He's tapped out all his savings and has yet to be approved for any financial aid, including workers comp and disability. His bills have been backing up due to a lack of income after surgery. He still has at least several months of recovery before returning to work or finding a new line of work. We're asking for help from our family and community to ease this financial burden on Jason, who's given so much and put his physical health on the shelf to help others. Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
