Jason's flight to a better life

Jason had a kidney transplant in2010 and lost the function of his kidney in 2015 when he was on life support for a very serious viral infection. He is on dialysis 3 times a week and holding a full time job. He desperately needs this kidney transplant to improve the quality of his life.
