Jason's Back Surgery Recovery Fund

In the past two years, I have missed about 10 months of work and pay, due to severe lower back and leg pain.  The source of pain has recently been identified and diagnosed as spinal instability and cysts on the nerves at Lumbar joint 4-5.   My entire spine slips forward when I lean forwards and slides back, (a centimeter), when I stand up, pinching nerves when it slides back. The Orthopedic surgeons are goin to screw it from front and back and FUSE, lumbar vertabrae 4-5. I cant afford Rent,Food and Medical Expenses for the 90-120 days of recovery and physical rehab.
