If you live in San Antonio, I'm sure you heard about the accident at Cowboys Dance Hall last night. Our good friend, with whom most of us Roosevelt grads grew up, Jason Hurtubise, was injured. Jason works at Taco Mania, the independent food cart that sells tacos and more at Cowboys. A young woman who was fighting with her boyfriend decided to run him over with her vehicle around 2:30 a.m. Instead, she missed him and plowed right into the food cart demolishing it and injuring five people, Jason being one of them. Jason's right leg isn't just broken, it's shattered. He does not have health insurance and is currently in the hospital and awaiting surgery. I started this GoFundMe so that he can get help covering these expenses. He can't work for a while, plus the food cart was destroyed. I'm sure the medical expenses will be more than $100k but at least we can help out to cover most.
