Once in a while in life you meet someone who makes everyone feel good.  That's Jason Stafford.  There was not a bad bone in his body and never seemed to have a bad day, always smiling with an infectious grin and performing magic tricks for anyone that would attend.  He was an honest and hard-worker who cared about the quality of his job, the company he worked for and the people he worked with, something that is very rare these days.

On Sunday, September 15th, Jason passed away following complications that resulted from a heart condition after corrective attempts were made through surgery.  Certainly it was unexpected as he had worked a full week prior to admission to the hospital two weeks ago.  We mourn the passing of one so young as Jason was only 44 years old.

Jason leaves behind a loving wife Michelle, and two children, Jason (age 12) and Samantha (age 9).  Contributions will be used to help Michelle with memorial service expenses and to assist her through an adjustment time in the coming months.

Jason, along with his brothers, Kirby and Jeff have been long time employees of Florida Gardens & Landscaping, forming the backbone of a 30 year relationship.  Michelle needs the support of the family at our company, support that Jason earned.  As owner's of Florida Gardens, past and present, we will do whatever we can to provide comfort and assistance to them.

Jason's brother, Kirby Stafford, will be managing the distribution of the donated funds.
