On the early morning of December 9th 2020 my Pop Jason Slater took his final breath. Due to the pandemic he was not surrounded by his family or friends . He passed away in a hospital in Maui Hawaii confused and alone .For the last 8 months our family has been waiting to see how this pandemic panned out so that we could have a funeral . We are ready and confident that the location we were able to acquire is the perfect place for closure . The memorial will be held at the Crystal Bay Farm in Watsonville Ca. August 28th 2021 from 1pm to 5 pm . His ashes will present along with some personal items of his that most of you will remember . Live music is encouraged as well as stories from anyone who is able to attend , if you are unable to attend ,please feel free to email me your speech and I will read it aloud .
