On Saturday, February 6th, 2021, Jason M. O’Leary's spirit was released to heaven. He suffered an unexpected cardiac arrest on January 28th during which his brain was without oxygen for an unsafe period of time. Although his spirit is now at peace, his family is suffering unimaginable grief as they struggle with the sudden loss.
Jason is survived by his parents, Mike and Joanne O’Leary, his sons Gage, Kyler, Rylan, and their Mother, Amy. Jason was always a free spirt, a loving father, son, and friend to so many. His smile, giving heart and sense of adventure capture the spirit of who he was. He was truly loved by all who knew him.
It would be of great help if you can contribute to whatever extent possible to assist his family with the unexpected financial burden of final expenses and to assist in support for his sons during this time of ongoing grief and recovery.
We have set us this fund up with his parents’ consent.
