Jason needs help for surgery.

As some of you know my son had an accident June 3rd and was transported by ambulance to the hospital to find out he had dislocated his shoulder and broke his collarbone. A piece of bone is out so far it's to where he needs a plate to be surgically put in to connect the bone. The specialist said if he does not  have this surgery he will not have use of his right arm. To add to this he is starting to have an issue with where his arm is resting on his body and if it gets worse he will need wound care for that. The doctor wants to do this surgery by next week. 
    He was just in the process of leaving one job he had been at for 5 years to start a new job he was really excited about and now due to totaling his bike and breaking his collarbone he does not have a job as of now.
     We have tried all different avenues to come up with the money for surgery. You have got to believe me when I say I do not like asking for help. My son is so embarrassed about having to do this he doesn't want to be tagged in it.  But we need help in a bad way.  I know there are gonna be a lot more expenses with this like physical therapy, rent, food and all the other fun bills life throws at ya. I'll cross that bridge later. I will use these donations to pay for his surgery. This is a last ditch effort to try to help my son to get this surgery he really needs. Sorry for asking but I don't know what else to do.
