Jason Sabourin Stroke Survival Fundraiser

Donation protected
Jason Sabourin, father to Jadyn and Ryan, has had a stroke. Although it was a small stroke, the damage is serious as it attacked the command center of his brain. He currently has slurred speech, and has lost the use of his left side of his body. He is being sent to a rehab facility and he has been told that it he will take about 3 MONTHS to get him moving again and at least a year for him to recover. He will never fully recover but they are hopeful to get him back to 95%. He has a very long road ahead of him.

Unfortunately, Jason has no insurance and since he is an Uber driver his income is dependent on him be able to drive, thus there is no money coming in. He lives on his own and his biggest fear outside of being able to recover from this is losing his apartment, his car, his possessions and dignity

. The stress and depression the he is enduring from this is out of control and is not going to help with his recovery.

As you all know, Jason has a passion for pool and his kids. He lives for both. Not being able to play pool and not being able to spend time with his children will hopefully be the driving force to a quicker recovery.

I am trying to help raise funds for him to at least get through a few months of paying on his bills....medical and home and car...until he can get back up and running.

If you are able to help him in any way possible, I know that his children and Jason would be more than grateful for anything that you are willing to contribute.

His family thanks you for your kind words, motivational uplifting and any help you are willing to extend.
