Jason Merrill

Hi everyone,

As you may be aware, Jason passed away on Friday 14th March and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He was an avid disability advocate, who held a position on Family voice Peterborough for almost the whole time since our conception, as well as holding a seat on Bretton parish council for 18 years.

As his Fiance Donna had just buried her mum on the Tuesday 11th March, I feel we, as people who knew and loved him, may be able to contribute towards his funeral costs. This would relieve some of the pressure from his family. I have spoken to Donna, and Sheila, his loving stepmum, and they are grateful for any assistance at this time.

Anyone who knew Jason, and his wicked and dry sense of humour, will know how much he will be missed. Lets try to make sure he goes to the beyond in a manner befitting his character.
