Jay Mariano! We all know him, we all love him. As most of you know, he has been going through a tremendous fight for his health.  If you don't know, Jay has Stage 4 Renal Cancer that has spread to his lungs, lymph nodes, brain and bones.  To make things even more difficult Jay recently developed Cuada Equina Syndrome, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down.  He is in desperate need of some medical equipment and in-home nursing care to help him with his medical needs and to help maintain his independence and comfort. The goal is to get him home with Cara so they can continue this battle in the comfort of his own home. Anything helps, especially reaching out to him and many prayers. His family and friends send a warm hug and thank you to everyone that has been with him from the beginning. We are grateful and blessed to have Jay in our lives and hearts. Thank you ❤️
