Hi. My name is Randy Orsborn. I am asking for donations on behalf of my friend and colleague, Jason Lewis.

Jason is an amazing physician assistant who suffered a significant and possibly career ending spinal emergency in July of this year. He underwent emergency spinal surgery and is currently awaiting possible second or third surgery to stabilize his neurological system.

Jason has been unable to work since July, which obviously has placed his family in potentially financial risk not to mention a significant emotional burden.

I am asking all of you to please consider donating for Jason and his family.

He will need help with medical expenses and assistance with financial stability as he is unable to perform a job that he was destined to perform.

I've know Jason as a student, as a colleague, and as a friend since 2003. He’s one of the best and smartest medical providers I’ve met in my nearly 50 years of medicine.

He defines professionalism and has an incredible work ethic however he can no longer perform the job he was destined for.

I am proud to be his mentor and co-worker but mostly I am proud to be his friend.
