On Saturday April 17 between 12-1 pm Jason was in a head on collision on his motorcycle in the Thorsby area.
Jason is now at the University of Alberta

Injuries include;
Fractures at the tip of his spine

Broken frontal bone on forehead
Jason has no motion at all in his whole left arm
Torn ligaments in his left knee
He has had reconstructive surgery on the left wrist
And has had a mesh put in his face where the
bone was broke as it was concave
Jason is facing a very very long road to
recovery. He will need to attend a brachial
clinic for 10 months. As well as possible
months and months of physiotherapy.
He will not be returning to work until he is
healed, and only if he is gains motion in his arm.
To date he now has sensation in fingers and
most of his arm but still no movement.
Now if that wasn’t enough, on Wednesday
April 21 their 16 year old daughter, Saige was in a quad accident where she has sustained
some bruising and slight bleeding on her brain.
She stayed in hospital for 2 days and now will be recovering at home for the next 3 months,
losing the remainder of her school year
