Please help a friend that could use some support in a time of need. Any friends, family, or anyone that knows Jason Jobagy from the motorsports industry know him as being one of the most humble, selfless, and kind people out there. Jay is also an amazing and dedicated father to his two children that are still at home. He is the kind of person who would never ask for help but he could really use it right now. His knee has been deteriorating for some time and about a year ago it deteriorated to the point where he could no longer walk on it, causing him to leave work while he waited for surgery to get his knee replaced. 4 months ago he was finally able to get it replaced and he was on the road to recovery. Just before he was about to go back to work he developed a staph infection and had to go back to the hospital and get his knee replaced for a 2nd time. As he was recovering from his second knee replacement he developed another infection and has now been in the hospital for over a week, as he was having allergic reactions to the antibiotics. They are trying other medications on him hoping to find something that will deal with the infection without him having negative reactions. We are hopeful that they found something that will work but it will still take time to make sure it is working before he gets out of the hospital. Even after that he will still have to recover from his second knee replacement, and it will be some time before he is able to go back to work. We all know today’s cost of living and EI only covers a fraction of that, and EI only goes so far as he has been cut off of that since October. Again, I know that Jay would never ask for help but I know he could sure use it right now to help ease his stress and help get him back on to the road to recovery. So if anyone can spare some money or even share this that would be very much appreciated, and I know Jay would be beyond thankful for everyone’s support. Thank you so much everyone!
