Just 3 days before Christmas, Jay, 43, sadly lost his life in a tragic accident while out at work.

He left behind his much beloved 13 year old daughter, Evelyn, his mother, Patricia and extended family.

Any funds raised will go towards funeral costs and a small amount for Evelyn's future like gymnastics and college fees.

Everything donated, whether big or small, is greatly appreciated by Jay's family and will go a long way in providing security to his daughter.
