Jason “Jack” Adams, father of two beautiful girls ages 9 & 11, husband to Amber, brother to Stephen and Deedee, son to Bill and Sharon, an accomplished and amazing musician, a culinary genius who loves to minister to his friends and family through the meticulous preparation of delicious food, a dear friend and wise mentor to so many people, has succumbed to an autoimmune/viral attack that began several years ago.

Unfortunately, his condition was misdiagnosed on multiple occasions. During the past two years his condition has deteriorated, resulting in the systematic shutting down of his organs and creating a cascading effect of sepsis and infection.

Jason does not have insurance. He’s been unable to work due to the steady and unrelenting progression of his disease.

Our purpose of this fundraiser is to generate funds for his medical expenses and bills. His family has made every effort to mitigate expenses but we are now out of options. This major surgery and the associated costs range from $200,000 to $850,000. We are desperate for any assistance. Desperate to not bury our father, husband, son, brother, and friend.
