Help 4 Jason Diagnosed with (FND) a rare disorder

Hi, my name is Anisa and I am starting this Go Fund Me to help my dear friend, Jason Hamel to help get through this very difficult time in his life. He is such a kind and caring person, he just needs a little help at this time due to his health issues that he has been struggling with undiagnosed for a very long time now. He has done so much to help others in the past that I'd like to try and give back and provide an opportunity for others to do the same for him during this time of need. There is an old Egyptian saying, "good health is the crown the healthy wear, that only the sick can see". When we don't have our health we essentially lose our ability to function normally and our ability to make a living. Over the past 20 years Jason has had a myriad of strange symptoms that were finally diagnosed 90 days ago. As you can imagine, the diagnosis was both a relief and scary. The condition is called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) it has been newly accepted in both the Neurological and Psychiatry practices. There are no known treatments, Jason could end up in full disability, or paralysis. Often the condition can be managed through DNA studies, medication testing and occasionally behavioral health practices but often the condition is not responsive and according to primary care and neurology specialists, this condition persists for the remainder of your life. Fortunately, Jason has amassed a team of medical professionals who are working hard to help him figure out the answer. If we can raise funds to help Jason through his journey, I know he will turn around and pay it forward to help others diagnosed with this condition, when he is in a position to again help others. Jason is now facing many out of pocket expenses to be able to get the care he needs. Every dollar helps and is so much appreciated, anything anyone is willing to give is so much appreciated.
