My name is Jennifer Walasek and I created this Go Fund Me in honor of our beloved ray of sunshine, Rose Guthrie, to help honor the memory of her best friend and husband, Jason. I have known Rose as a teacher at Susan B. Anthony Elementary since I started at the school in 1999, and for the last 24 years, she has greeted everyone with a smile even on the gloomiest days. I am also honored to call her my friend. Her positive attitude is contagious and decades of students have been lucky enough to have her as their teacher.
