Jason "Griff" Griffin, bass player for The Chris Hicks Band, Eddie Kirkland, Robert Lee Coleman, Bobby O'Dea, Midnight Bluez, The Tony Tyler Trance, Tim and Gregg Brookes and countless other legendary musicians and their bands passed away on Sept. 1st 2026.

Thru countless backstage hang sessions, late-night jams, recording tracks at Capricorn and tripping thru Rosehill...Griff WAS Macon GA music. He was an integral part of the fabric of the late-90's Macon music scene, and considered it his mission to carry the torch alongside his brothers.
