Hi my name is Mike Gruber. I'm a broker with GLS Canada working out of the Cambridge ON terminal. On Nov 30th Jason Featherstone a long time driver working with me was involved in a 100% not at fault accident. A county snowplow with 7 tons of salt in the back of his truck reversed into Jason's on coming traffic. Jason was going about 65km/h but couldn't stop.

The plow truck didn't even know he was there and continued to reverse even after the collision.

Jason has been off work since Nov 30th and on the recommendation of his Dr and physiotherapist he will be off until at least the first week of Jan. I've done my best to keep Jason's wage up. Insurance has been slow to provide help and continues to request more info for any type of income support.

With the extra stress and expense of the holiday season as well as some medical costs Jason has for some of his family members I was hoping to make his next few weeks less stressful with your help and generosity until he can return at full strength.
