Jason Needs Your Help After Hip Replacement

Hello, my name is Jason.
My situation began about two years ago. I was struggling with stomach and other issues. At that time, I was working full-time as a meat department manager. After many doctor visits and multiple tests, the doctor was able to connect all my issues to my gall bladder, which I had removed. Following my surgery, I was still struggling. And it became apparent that I needed to step down so someone with more focus could take over the management.
After several months, I was able to obtain a position as a meat cutter closer to my home and hoped that would relieve my issue. What happened instead was I developed increasing pain in my hip. Walking on a concrete floor was actually causing my hip to become worse. As I wasn't employed there long enough to qualify for their health insurance, I didn't go see a doctor. Eventually, I had to resign due to health issues.
At that point, I was eligible to apply for the Oregon Health Plan. But getting approved took several months. I was able to ask for a doctor appointment in November of 2024. Unfortunately, the first available appointment was January 31, 2025. The doctor sent me for tests and referred me to a chiropractor and an orthopedic surgeon. I saw the chiropractor for several sessions, and he determined that I should move forward with the orthopedist. My orthopedist reviewed my tests and recommended that I have a total left hip replacement. I was able to have the hip replacement at the beginning of June and am currently recovering.
Basically, I have been off work since 9/19/2024 with extreme hip pain, which was so bad I could barely stand or walk. The recovery for this will keep me out of work for at least 12 weeks. At this point, I have gone through all my savings, I sold my boat, and am selling my car to pay my bills, but this will still not be enough to keep a roof over my head until early October, so I am asking for help to pay my monthly bills until I can get back to work.
If you are willing and able to help, I truly would appreciate your support.
