FR Conversions is asking our staff, customers, vendors, friends, and family to show their support during this difficult time.
On Thursday, September 24th we lost one of our FR Conversions’ staff members suddenly. While commuting to work Jason Blair sustained fatal injuries during an automobile accident on Route 97.
Jason Earl Blair, 42, of Westminster was a Powder Coat Operator in the Preproduction Department of the Westminster FR Conversions facility. Jason joined the FR Conversions family in September of 2019 and has been a diligent, detail oriented, and reliable staff member ever since. Staff, Supervisors, and Managers described Jason as friendly, hard-working, and capable. He always had a smile and greeting for his coworkers and an ear to listen for anyone in need, he will be sorely missed. He recently brought his son Jordan to work for FR Conversions also in the Preproduction Department.
Jason graduated from Westminster High School in 1996 and was an avid fan of the Ravens and Orioles, sharing this pastime with his friends and many coworkers.
Most of all however, Jason was a loving father who leaves behind 4 children, one of whom is under a year old: Jordan, Brendan, Sheyla, and Preston as well as his fiancé, Lindsay Stull of Sykesville and his brother, Clint Linger of Westminster.
At the request of his coworkers FR Conversions has sponsored this Go Fund Me drive in order to support the needs of his children. All funds raised will go directly to the family and FR is matching employee contributions . Your support, no matter the amount, will help ensure that Jason’s hopes and dreams will indeed live on in each of his children.
