Hello, my name is Joshua Decker and I am fundraising for my Brother Jason Decker and his family.

In early August Jason contracted the Delta variant of the Covid-19 virus. He was admitted to the hospital around August 13th and has been in the ICU in a medically induced coma on a ventilator since around August 20th. He is still in this current status, and we're anxiously awaiting his improvement so that he can be removed from the machines and begin breathing on his own.

Jason's wife and kids are in a tough spot because Jason's real estate profession is one where he can only earn income when he is working. Lori, his wife, is a teacher and her income is limited. We're also expecting significant expenses to arise from his medical treatments. We also anticipate that once Jason is out of the hospital it may be some time before he can be back up to full speed and working again.
