Jason passed away unexpectedly Friday February 19th, 2021. We were not prepared for this and are asking for help to have Jason cremated as he wished and we would also like to hold a memorial service in his honor. He had an amazing amount of friends and loved ones. Jason always had the best memory and remembered everyone from childhood to adulthood. I like to think everyone also remembers Jay. My mother and I would like to show our appreciation for those who loved Jason and plan to hold a memorial service so that you all may come and pay your last respects. The service will be held at the Graham Putnam Mahoney Funeral home in Worcester with a date and time to be determined. Anything you can give is so greatly appreciated and will be used strictly towards the costs of his arrangements.
