Jason and Courtney Sneed are a young couple who have wanted to have a baby for quite some time. In 2016, after numerous visits to their fertility doctors/clinic, Courtney found out she was pregnant. She and Jason were overjoyed at the news.
Fast forward to late February, 2017, and Courtney is admitted to the hospital on Monday, February 27, with early labor. Her OB/GYN treated her and she remained in the hospital until Tuesday night. Around 5 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, Courtney awoke in severe pain. Jason rushed her to the hospital. After a cat scan, it was determined that Courtney had a ruptured aneurysm near her spleen and had to be rushed to the operating room. Before going to the operating room, Jason and Courtney were told that baby Collier had passed away. The fact is, the pressure of Courtney's uterus, which contained baby Collier, against the ruptured aneurysm saved her life.
Words cannot express the heartbreak these two young people have suffered. Not only did Courtney have surgery to repair the aneurysm, but she also had to have a c-section to delivery baby Collier.
This account is being created to help Jason and Courtney with medical expenses and any and all other expenses they will incur during this time.
Please keep Jason and Courtney in your prayers. Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
