Jason “Cornbred” Parker

My name is Patricia Todd and I m raising funds for my dear friend Shannon Parker, who lost her husband Jason “ Cornbred” to mental illness on Dec. 20, 2022. Jason was a very strong man with a strong faith! He has worked as a construction contractor for years, building schools, correction facilities and he’s own home for his family! The blueprint was in his mind. He unfortunately had a auto accident 12 years ago when he was but 38, the day he was finally coming home from a long job. Jason survived , but with a traumatic brain injury, broken back and many, many other broken bones. Like many he had a good job with good benefits, but all that went away the day of his accident. He had life ins, but it was through his work, Jason became uninsurable after that. No one plans to have accidents, and his wife of 35 years, has held it together, working multiple jobs, while taking care of her husband. This has but a huge strain financially on them! Jason, “Cornbred” , the name he called himself after his wreck, was a hardworking, help anyone man, and oh, how he loved Jesus, and chose to meet him on Dec.20. His wife and Jason didn’t know he tested positive for Covid after he had been airlifted to hospital, this explained, many questions for his wife, and how this virus effects and attacks

people in their weakness areas.

As we celebrate this Christmas, the birth of our Lord and Savior, thank him for the home he provides for all who believe in him and the arms he welcomed Jason home.
