A little over a year ago, Jason collapsed at work due to a brain aneurysm that ruptured suddenly. After surgery, Jason made a full recovery, returned to work, and continued to enjoy his life.
At his one-year follow-up appointment, doctors discovered a new aneurysm, and on April 15, 2019, Jason underwent an additional surgery, when things took a turn for the worse. At the time of this writing, Jason’s family is en route from Alaska to say their final goodbyes.
Jason was known for his fantastic cooking skills, as well as his fierce loyalty to his friends and family. Jason would do anything to help his loved ones, whether it be a helping hand or a place to live.
Jason is survived his loving wife, Holly Bushnell. Holly has recently discovered that the cancer she has been fighting for years was not successfully treated, and has restarted radiation therapy treatment. Because of this, and the need to focus on her family, Holly has been unable to work full-time to support herself, Jason, or her children.
The Bushnells are in need of immediate financial assistance--funeral expenses, mortgage payments, and the cost of living will be almost impossible without the help of your generous donations. Please consider donating in the memory of this amazing person, and the truly wonderful people he has left behind.
He spent his entire life helping people and his last wishes will be fulfilled with the gift of life to others through organ donation.
