On Feb 18, Jay collapsed at work. He had a massive heart attack. He was without oxygen to his brain for to long.
He is now on life support with no chance of recovery 
His wife Brandi and two daughters are absolutely devastated. 
Due to the times we are in, financially this family is in going to be in need of desperate help.  Jay has been a long time friend of mine, and the godfather of Brooke.
Please help me, to help this family not worry about the financial aspect of this, so they may be able to grieve this tremendous loss.
