Has recently passed leaving a hole in everyone's heart both friends and family a like.
Leaving behind a young family that can use our support.
Asking those who wish to help to donate here rather than a charity for charity starts at home.
We are starting this fund at the request of his friends and co-workers as this is how they want to remember him and help.  Because this is what Jay would do for them and their families.
