Jason and Bri

Hi, my name is Pam Hepworth, along with my friend Robyn Ingram we are raising funds for a very much loved colleague Jason Fitzgerald and his wife Bri.

@ 5 weeks ago Jason was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer with the prognosis not being great.

On top of this they have spent an incredible amount of money to have so many tests and commence treatment that they would still be waiting for in the public health system.

Even now after such a devastating diagnosis they would still be waiting to commence chemotherapy treatment through the public system had they not been able to fund themselves, but that can’t last forever.

We are asking for people who know Jason and Bri to donate as little or as much to help elevate this one burden that we can assist with, everything helps.

Jason is one of the kindest most generous people we’ve had the privilege to work with, as our work colleague for many years and then our team leader for six years he bought us guidance and professionalism, but also laughter compassion and unwavering support.

Jason’s dedication to helping others has defined his career in the community health sector, especially through his work in supporting people with mental health issues.

2 years ago Jason and Bri started their own mental health hub in Bayswater / PAKARI the hub has growing into a vital place of hope and healing due to their vision and tireless effort .

Even while facing his own battle, Jason‘s biggest concern remains ensuring that Pakari continues to provide support to those in need, a powerful reflection of his selfless character.

We have no doubt Jason will be completely shocked when he sees this online.

And we will probably get in trouble, lol

but we’re doing it anyway, because if anyone deserves a wave of support and kindness, it’s Jason.
