Jasmine desperately needs your help paying for her leg (tibia reconstruction) surgery. She has no owner and no home. Jasmine was going to be put down in a high-kill shelter in California. Sitting at the shelter (video above) with no medical treatment, emaciated-about the meet her untimely fate. We (GPR) rescued her and she will be fostered at my house until she can be adopted. Please help us pay for her surgery. We are relying solely on donations for this poor girl. So sweet and so friendly. She deserves a second chance up her in the comfort of the NW.
