Hi, My name is Jasmine and I am raising money to go towards the medical costs for a Kidney Transplant. I was diagnosed with lupus in 2017 and found out in January of this year that I am in the End Stages of Kidney Disease and will need a transplant.

The funds will goes towards the portion of the surgery, medications, and the potential living donor medical cost for the transplant that are not covered by my insurance.
