Hello all, my name is Jasmine. I'm a wife and a mom of 3, and unfortunately, I am in need of help. This is my first time ever doing something like this, and I really don't want to ever be in this position again.

A couple of months ago, our family car broke down. While my husband was driving myself and our daughter the front tire rod broke due to rust and the power steering was leaking. It is an old car but we had thought it was better maintained when we purchased it. We were fortunate enough to get home and have the car parked in a lot till we could gather the funds to tow and repair the car. But unfortunately, the lot we had the car parked in is going to be under construction, and we have to move the car by August 1st. I recently got a job working retail, and God willing, I'll have a second job in August taking care of my mother. I was hoping to be able to fix the car with the income my jobs would bring in. But the notice of moving the car came way too short, and now I'm scrambling and I'm scared I'm going to lose the car. My husband is the one who drives me to work, helps my mother get to her appointments, and drives the kids to school. On top of doing DoorDash/Uber while he's looking for a stable job. The funds will go towards towing the car and getting it fixed at a mechanic. We will show the work done and the final receipt to make sure people see we hold true to what is being said.
