Jasmines Cataract Eye Surgery

Hey guys I'm Jasmine! Im 23 and recently my doctors told me that I am in need of a double cataract surgery. This is very uncommon for people as young as me... with that said my insurance is not covering any of it. I have been told that I have to pay it up front and that it needs to happen ASAP. Originally my doctors had scheduled it for this Friday 2/23/18 but then was informed that I had to come up with the $5,000 in advance. 

My job requires me to look at a computer all day being in an accounting department. With my current condition my vision will keep getting worse and could affect my job. I am a hard worker and love doing what I do. 

I am not one to ask for hand outs so please understand that this is not what I am doing. I am making this account because yes, I can, and will, save up the money on my own... but I was told that the longer that I wait the worse my vision will get. If you would like to help me with this eye procedure I would so appreciate it.
