Jasmine's Australia Track Meet

Hi. My name is Jasmine Phipps. I am a 10th grader and I attend Edison High in Fresno, California. 

I have been running track since I was in 5th grade. I started to take track and field seriously in middle school and my parents enrolled me in a track club. Being around other runners and good coaches was exactly what I needed! Every since I can remember, I've always loved track and competing. 

I am trying to raise money to go to Australia for a track meet put on by Down Under Sports. Down Under Sports selected me to represent California and the United States to compete with runners from all around the world.

I have been fortunate enough to go to track meets all over California, but it has always been my dream to go to the Olympics. Running in Australia is the first major step for me to compete for my country and fulfill my dreams as a runner.

I need to raise $10,000 to travel to Australia with my Dad to represent the USA in this prestigious event.
