On June 22nd 2024, 8 of us will be completing the 3 national uk peaks in only 24 hours to raise funds for one amazing 8 year old girl, Jasmine Lee, who is currently under going chemotherapy to treat a rare liver cancer, with the possibility of a organ transplant in the near future.
The three national peaks include Ben Nevis in Scotland at 1,345 m, Scafell Pike in England at 978 m, and Snowdon in Wales at 1,085 m.
Jasmine became unwell early October and went back and forward to doctors and Out of Hours who described it as Gastro and to write a food diary.
Jasmine then attended A&E 29th October and Glan Clwyd Paediatrics department acted fast and told the family the news what they think it is 30th October and we’re in Alderhey that night with a range of tests and told November it definitely is cancer and a rare one.
She is on her 5th cycle of chemotherapy now and half way through her cycles and possibility of a transplant to give her the best future.
We are hoping to raise as much money as possible into one amount so that we can divide the total for Jasmine to tick of some of her own adventures that she’s written down on a bucket list, and to also give back to some of amazing charities that have helped jasmine and her family through these testing times.
This challenge will be extremely tough but it is only a scratch on the battle that Jasmine has fought so far, so with that in mind, if you could help toward our total any amount is greatly appreciated.
Listed below are some of the other charities and organisations Jasmine and her family wish to give back too.
