Jasmine Smith-Sharp passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 28th.

Jasmine's kind, gentle and empathetic spirit brought so much love and joy to her daughter, family and friends.

Her gracefulness as a competitive diver and her fierce strength as a rugby player translated into how she lived her life. Be proud of Jasmine. Remember Jasmine. Talk about Jasmine. Her greatest accomplishment, Esme, will forever be grateful. Remind Esme that Jasmine was a strong and resilient woman with a heart of gold.

Any funds in excess of funeral costs will go to Jasmine's family to care for Esme.

Jasmine's Family would like to thank everyone for their kind words, thoughts, prayers, and love through this unimaginable time.
