Hi, my name is Pete and I am raising money to help pay for Jasmine's funeral costs.

Jasmine is my niece, she was 2 years old, daughter to Hannah and Rakesh Beri and the most joyful, friendly little girl. She leaves behind her 4 year old sister Lily and honestly, that's heartbreaking. She had no fear and was so social, bringing smiles to everyone she would meet, helpful in a big family and she slotted right in. She loved Bluey and Pepper pig, eating ice cream and playing with Barbie dolls, having cuddles and dance parties in the living room.

A couple of months ago Jasmine went from normal life, playing and doing her favourite things to feeling drowsy and by the end of the week was rushed to Addenbrookes diagnosed with a brain tumour and in critical condition. The staff there tried their hardest but ultimately there was too much going against her. Jasmine spent her final week at Each Children's hospice in Poringland and they provided a space and care that gave the family precious moments to spend together and say goodbye. I'm so grateful to them for those moments they allowed.

No one should have to plan their own child's funeral or plan how to pay for it. We want to give Jasmine the best send off we can and the big party she never got to have.
