Jasmine Daisy in need of emergency surgery

Late Saturday evening we had to take our little Maltese puppy Jasmine-Daisy to the Emergency room at the UCD Vet Hospital due to showing many symptoms of pyometra, an infection of the uterus which can be fatal if untreated. After an initial consultation and ultrasound the veterinarian confirmed she will need surgery. As some of you may know medical care can get quite expensive and the cost of her treatment will be around $7,300. She is currently at UCD Vet hospital waiting to have surgery on Sunday morning.

If you are able to help with some of the cost any amount is greatly appreciated! We love her very much and can't wait to have her safe and healthy back at home where her best friend Mickey is also anxiously waiting for her to return. Walking into the house is just not the same without her running over super excited to see us.
