Jasmine Alexis Hurtado - E. Lupe Hurtado

On May 12th, Lupe Hurtado, his wife Stephanie, their son Ollie and his sister Jasmine were struck by a drunk driver. Lupe, Jasmine & their mother succumbed to the injuries sustained during the accident. Steph & Ollie were hospitalized and are in stable condition.

Lupe grew up, becoming a law enforcement officer like his father serving with honor. Jasmine's unwavering faith in God and beautiful smile lifted everyone around her.

While we can't take away the pain of this loss, we can come together to support the family while they grieve and work through this unimaginable tragedy. All funds collected will be used to cover medical costs and funeral arrangements. Remaining funds will support Ollie’s future.

Jasmine recently posted the following on her FB account:

God, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered— how fleeting my life is. You have made my life no longer than the width of my hand. My entire lifetime is just a moment to You; at best, each of us is but a breath.
