Help Jas travel and access education

Donation protected
Hi my name is Jas, a queer person of color with indigenous roots from Central America.Specifically from Xela, Guatemala and Sonsonate, El Salvador.  I am first generation born in the United States and my first language is Spanish, which is important for me as my services will be reaching Spanish speaking communities. I am a birth worker, breast/chestfeeding educator, reiki practitioner and student midwife. I am on an educational journey toward becoming an IBCLC and a licensed Midwife with traditional midwifery education. Which allows me to be guided in the spiritual, practical and science of midwifery and provide high quality service to my community. Part of my educational journey requires me to travel as I am learning traditional midwifery from a partera in Mexico and a midwife in the US.During the summer, I will be required to travel to practice ancestral and traditional ways of midwifery in Cusco Peru and Quintana Roo Mexico. This journey also requires me to get a midwifery assistant certification  to navigate midwifery in the states which takes place near Nashville, TN. I am calling on community to support me through this journey. Thank you for supporting me!
