Jarvis Ballard's Freedom Fund

Donation protected

Jarvis Ballard was freed on August 3rd, 2021 after 23 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Mr. Ballard was only 18 years old when he was wrongfully arrested; he was convicted as the third perpetrator of a crime that was clearly committed by only two people. The two actual perpetrators confessed and were linked to the crime with DNA evidence. Mr. Ballard has maintained his innocence for the past two decades, even at one point successfully passing a polygraph test, only to still be denied his freedom. He is very excited to finally be coming home to his family and community as a free man.

All donations to this fundraiser will go directly to Mr. Ballard. If you have questions, concerns, or would prefer to mail a personal check (please write the recipient as Jarvis Ballard, not IPNO), please contact us at clientservices@ip-no.org. Mr. Ballard also has an Amazon wishlist set up here: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/Z6RZ63O9UJ75?returnFromLogin=1
