On December 27th, 2019, Jarronn Smith was shot in the chest in his family home, while visiting for the holidays. He was released from the hospital and was expected to make a full recovery; however, complications from the gun shot have now left him with a collapsed lung and hospitalized.
Jarronn recently moved from Georgia to the San Francisco Bay Area with his son. An IBEW union electrician like his father, Jarron has been working in San Mateo County at the San Francisco International Airport. He returned to Atlanta for the holidays and has been unable to work or return to the Bay Area since the shooting.
My name is Matthew Hahn and I am raising these funds on behalf of Jarron and his family. I work with him in the trade and have come to care deeply for him, as a coworker and as a friend. The Bay Area is a very expensive place to live and I hope to raise money in order to cover Jarronn's rent, help with is recovery, and support his son while he is out of work.
Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
