(Kidney Transplant) Meet Jarren Hammond this amazing young man was born into the world a pure gift to his family, He is so full of love, fun and his character is one to welcome in any setting. He will put a smile on anyone's face. Unfortunately, 4 1/2 years ago Jarren was diagnosed with kidney failure with 50% of his kidneys functioning at the time. This information was extremely devastating and in receiving further information to understand that he would have a complete lost of kidney organ function has been a realistic medical, mental and emotional roller coaster. Through out 5 years of dyalasis treatments eventually, he would need a kidney donor this was clear, however finding a match was the next step. We have a match and blessed and amazingly a perfect one Jarren's own biological brother. While this is very fortunate and settling news as a family to maintain the extended cost of the factors surrounding two family members to be medically incapacitated and cared for is going to incur a major financial responsibility. One in which we are humbly seeking assistance for.
