Please help this family with expenses for a memorial of their son Jarred Burns. This unfortunate tragedy came to a loving family that always is helping others. They are foster parents in our community. They have lost another son Jacob 5 years ago something no parents should ever endure. Now they are faced with this tragic accident that occurred on Christmas Day.
